1. SERIOUS buyers only.

2. Item sold as it is and is non returnable.

3. Booking is allowed, however order will be cancelled if no payment received within 3 day. 50% deposit or full payment is needed upon ordering.

4. Payment - Cash Deposit / Bank Transfer can be made via TAIB , HSBC or BIBD ( Pre Order Items ) / Cash On Delivery ( In Hand Items )

*Do NOTIFY us via sms once you have bank in the payment to our account by giving us the timing & total amount etc.. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order(because we do not know whether you have made ur payment)

5.Orders are made on every Friday. Items will arrived in 1-4 weeks time.

6. Kindly pick up your items at my place or choose other delivery method. For buyers' outside Brunei Muara EMS is recommended.

7. We will held no responsibilities once the item is delivered. Thus, lost item is at buyer's risk.

8. For overseas shipping, I will provide you the courier details and costs based on your confirmed orders.
